XANES/EXAFS measurement on solid samples of the following were tested at BioXAS-Main for determining performance and sensitivity limits.

• NIST 611 (415, 34.9 and 1.05 ppm) at the Sb K edge;
• Sub ppm measurements on solids: 500ppb at the Au L3 edge
• NIST 614 ( 1 ppm) at the Eu L3 edge
